| The regular date for Association meetings is the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM at the Old Otterbein Methodist Church at S. Sharp and Conway Streets. Residents are always welcome to attend Association meetings. Executive Board meetings are on the second Monday of each month. The only exception is in August, when the Board and residents get a hiatus from community business in preparation for the September Annual Meeting.
